organic
juice

Drinking raw, organic juice floods your bloodstream with a high concentration of live enzymes, vitamins, and minerals without putting any strain on the digestive system. It is especially important for your juice to be 100% organic since it is going straight into your bloodstream. Organic produce is also shown to contain higher levels of nutrients and antioxidants vs its conventional counterpart.

Our juices are always 100% organic & cold pressed daily at our Short North shop!

cold pressed

In the cold pressed form, juice can be a powerful supplement to your health, immunity & well being. When you juice on an “at-home” juicer (typically centrifugal), your produce is heated and oxidized in the process, leading to a complete breakdown of nutrients soon

after it’s juiced.

When juice is processed, pasteurized or HPP'd, after juicing, it loses its beneficial purpose. Through these processes, most vital enzymes and nutrients are destroyed. Cold pressing is the only method that enables juice to be bottled without preservatives or

processing while still retaining

all of its raw nutrients, live enzymes and medicinal benefits for

up to 5 days.
